    Inclusion Criteria:

    • * HIV positive
    • * At least 40 years of age
    • * English-speaking

    Exclusion Criteria:

    • * Existing clinical atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)
    • * Pregnant
    • * Unwilling/unable to provide informed consent
    • * Does not own a smartphone
